Special Notice - If you are Under 18 Years Old

Beacon Lane does not intentionally collect personal data of persons under 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old do not provide us with any of your personal information (for example, your name, address and email address). If you are under 18 years old you are not permitted to use our services.


    We have several areas where you can submit information to us, and we also have features that automatically collect information from the Members of and Visitors to (collectively the "Users" of) our Services. References to "personal and account information" contained in this Privacy Policy means your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, subscription details, and any other information that personally identifies you or would permit us to contact you.


    2.1. Registration

    To create an account on Beacon Lane, you must provide us with at least your name, a member name, email address, address, phone number, and a password and agree to our Terms of Service Agreement and this Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep your password strictly confidential. You understand that, by creating an account, we and others will be able to identify you by your Beacon Lane profile. We may also ask for your credit card details if you purchase services or transact business on our Site. We may also offer options for you to sign up for our newsletters. If you tell us that you do not want us to use this information as a basis for further contact with you (by accessing our opt-out procedure), we will respect your wishes.

When you visit a third-party site that embeds our plugins we receive information that those pages have loaded in your web browser.     We use cookies and similar technologies, including mobile application identifiers, to identify you as a Member, to ensure that no one else can sign on simultaneously with your account from another computer, to help us serve you better based on your registration preferences, to help us recognize you across different Services, learn about your preferences both on and off our Services, improve your experience, increase security, measure use and effectiveness of our Services, and serve advertising. Cookies can be controlled by you through your browser settings and other tools.     4.2. Performance Tracking

    We sometimes use cookies, as well as tracking technology, such as web beacons, within the promotional emails that we send to our subscribing Members or advertisements for our Site. These performance tracking devices help us to track whether an e-mail recipient has completed an event. Such information is non-personally identifying and collected on an aggregate level. We sometimes utilize third party service providers to help us track the activity within our Site.     5.1. Vendors

    We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services (e.g. maintenance, analysis, audit, marketing and development). These third parties have limited access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated to Beacon Lane not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

    5.2. Data Processing Outside Your Country

    We may transfer your information and process it outside your country of residence, wherever Beacon Lane, its affiliates and service providers operate.

    7.1. Opt-out, Access, Modification, Deletion and Other Rights

    If you would like to opt out of any of our marketing programs, or wish to withdraw your consent to us contacting you via your e-mail, please use the link found in the email you have received to change or update your preferences.

You can request your personal information that is not viewable on your profile or readily accessible to you by emailing If you close your account(s), your information will generally be removed from the Services within 72 hours. We generally delete closed account information and will de-personalize any logs or other backup information through the deletion process within 30 days of account closure, except as noted below.

    Please note: Information you have shared with others or that others have copied may remain visible after you have closed your account or deleted the information from your own profile. In addition, you may not be able to access, correct, or eliminate any information about you that other Members copied or exported out of our Services, because this information may not be in our control. Content may also be displayed in search engine results until the search engine refreshes its cache.

    7.2. Data Retention

    We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed. For example, we may keep certain information even after you close your account if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this agreement. We may retain personal information, for a limited period of time, if requested by law enforcement. We may also retain information for as long as is necessary to provide support-related reporting and trend analysis only, but we generally delete or de-personalize closed account data by creating aggregate data sets that cannot be traced back to individuals.
